In this capacity, you will assist our investment advisor clients with
the preparation and filing of their registration documents and other
regulatory matters. Chosen professionals will also conduct on-site
compliance reviews of client firms, and provide consulting services on a
variety of compliance issues.
The qualified candidate should possess :
- a legal or financial degree
- substantial compliance experience
- comprehensive knowledge of the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, and
related rules and industry practices (a focus on the Investment Company
Act of 1940 and/or Securities Exchange Acts will also be considered)
- strong interpersonal and writing skills
